MOBE Training: To improve your relationship with your customers and prospective customers, you have to get them to understand your brand. They have to know what the brand is about, what it if offering, and what it stands for. This helps people decide what to expect from the brand, hence the way they relate with it. For example, they will expect higher prices and higher quality from a brand that they view as high end.

      1)      Establish Your Brand’s Voice

Your brand has a voice. Or, at least, it should have one. Your audience should be able to identify your content even when your logo or company name does not appear on it. Think of your brand as a person: What is its personality? Once you have identified the characteristics of your brand, always apply it to the content you create.

      2)      Distribute Relevant Content

Writing fact-rich content can help your audience be more attuned with your brand. If you are in the food industry, write articles about the increase in food prices, salaries in food service or new laws and regulations that affect consumers and business in your niche. Research thoroughly and write from an expert point of view, citing case studies, statistics and leading food or health organizations to be a reliable source of information.

      3)      Be Visual

People can process pictures 60,000 times faster than text. Images are attractive to the eye, which could elicit emotions from users to help them relate to the brand. Images also bring a sense of realness to a bran. People get to see the kind of products or services you offer, your premises, etc., which gives them proof of your existence as a company.

Use high quality videos and pictures that tells the customers more about your brand. Post videos of the CEO talking about company values. Share pictures of customers using products. Share a video of the production process. All these can help bring your company closer to customers.

The best way to bring your company closer to your audience is to tell a story about who you are and what you stand for as a company. Connect your story to what your target audience believes and how they think. Put your company in the place of a solution for a problem they have.
